As a licenced builder myself looking at getting another builder to build our duplex was a daunting task until I met Daniel at Freshbuilt.Daniel came recommended and from our first discussion I knew that this guy knew his stuff. Daniel's building knowledge is extensive and I was impressed with his thoughts on how to overcome some issues encountered before and during the build.
From the start of the build right through to the completion of the project I found Daniel to be honest and always willing to help out where he could. The Freshbuilt team are a great bunch of guys who were always professional and easy to deal with. Freshbuilts subcontractors all did a great job and Daniel has put together a really good team of trades.
Being a carpenter by trade I regularly dropped in to site to inspect the works and run my eye over the works that had been completed. Freshbuilt took particular care in the timber framework detail and especially exposed timber rafter tails to the exposed eaves. I was impressed with their overall carpentry work that was all finished off to a high standard.
I would not hesitate in recommending Daniel and the Freshbuilt team who completed our duplex to a high class finish that exceeded our expectations.

COMO RENOVATION
Daniel and the team from Freshbuilt Constructions are the builders for you. They are reliable, take care and pride in their work, and complete the job to a high standard of finish.
We knew from the outset that our house had some termite damage and wanted to replace the damaged timber, as well as refresh the kitchen, bathroom and floors. Once we started work it became apparent that the termite damage was widespread and had caused significant structural issues (as well as highlight a poorly done renovation from 30 years ago). Daniel offered us practical solutions, while keeping our budget in mind. His experience, knowledge and expertise was evident right away. Ultimately, we decided to do a complete renovation.
Daniel told us everything we needed to know and was so helpful in suggesting the suppliers we would need. We found every subcontractor that Daniel recommended had the same attention to detail and high standards as the Freshbuilt team. Communication throughout the build was great and we were always kept informed of where things were up to and involved in key decisions.
I would highly recommend Freshbuilt Constructions and will use them again for future work.

'Daniel and his team did a fantastic job. Freshbuilt was recommended by a friend in the construction industry and they didn't disappoint. Very professional, the team completed the build very quickly. We were able to move back in sooner than expected which was great given that I was 38 weeks pregnant at the time. My house is a tiny 4 meter wide terrace in Rozelle. As well as providing a great quality finish and build on the house, following the build, neighbours on both sides and across the street thanked me for hiring such a professional and tidy team. Awesome feedback to receive when you are living in such close quarters to everyone. The end build was under budget and was completed sooner than expected. I've recommended them to all my friends taking on renovation projects big and small and wish Daniel and the team all the best for the future. I'll be using them again if I ever need work done again.'

“Daniel and the team at Freshbuilt Constructions did an exceptional job building our new home. We got a fantastic outcome which was honestly even better than we had hoped for. We ended up with a beautifully built new home that was constructed to an extremely high standard. It was on budget, on time and there were no dramas. The whole team was extremely professional and dedicated to giving us a fantastically well-built home. We feel we were very fortunate to have Daniel and Freshbuilt help us achieve our dream. The outcome could not have been better.
We were slightly worried about Daniel’s relative youth and experience, especially as this was a very large project by residential home standards. We had been interviewing many builders from large project home builders to medium and small builders. In the first couple of meetings Daniel we could see Daniels’ knowledge and passion for building. He picked up on finer details that other builders did not. This was even before we had DA or a signed contract. We were able to make changes that saved us tens of thousands of dollars on Daniel’s guidance. This was pretty much the clincher for us. Throughout the build, Daniels’ knowledge was exceptional and he made excellent suggestions that resulted in a much better result for us.
The approach was very collaborative and personalised which is how we wanted our build to be. Daniel was honest and upfront with every aspect of the build. He was more than willing to listen to any changes we wanted along the way and accommodate if practical. Communication was excellent. He was approachable, available and always happy to answer all questions we had. He kept us updated with what was happening. Daniel was onsite virtually every day and he really did go above and beyond on many aspects of the build. He was able to handle the whole build from DA, CC to construction including landscaping, pool, driveways, fences and even assisted with OC. It was the whole package with great expertise.
Ultimately choosing a builder is about trust. Does this person have the skill, knowledge and passion to help us realise our dream? Daniel had this in spades. His attention to detail, professionalism, skills and quest for perfection showed that he had a very high standard, even with the most minor details. This was backed up by a great group of tradespeople who we were also very impressed with. From plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting, kitchen planning and installation, bathrooms etc. A group of people who equally had the same approach of high standards, the same attention to detail, skill and great communication. The whole build process was stress free, really quite enjoyable and fun. There are so many horror stories out that we feel so incredibly fortunate to have such a gorgeous, quality build home.
